Glasses

• Pessimist: The glass is half empty.
• Optimist: The glass is half full.
• Pragmatist: The glass is twice as large as it needs to be.

I laughed, and immediately wanted to pass it on.

I saw this at Despair.com which I found by following a link from the blog of Linus Torvalds. It represents yet another value to me from the connectivity of the World Wide Web. The path we follow through life is rarely a straight line. The Web is a tool to make the path more interesting as we go. My thanks to all of you out there who add value to my life by writing blogs, designing Web pages, providing network wires, routers, DNS servers, etc.
